Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for guests with the operational requirements of vacation rental management. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the specific cancellation policy applied at the time of booking.

2. Platform-Specific Refunds

If your booking was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com), the cancellation and refund terms of that platform will apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation on that platform for the applicable policy.

3. Direct Bookings via Our Website

For bookings made directly on our website, the following cancellation and refund terms apply unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:

Standard Cancellation Policy (Default)
– Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund.
– Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14-30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
– No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Rates

Some promotional or discounted rates may be offered as non-refundable. These are clearly marked at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

5. Force Majeure / Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or rescheduling option instead of a refund.

6. Refund Process

For direct bookings, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.For third-party platform bookings, the refund process and timeline are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

7. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

8. Early Departure

No refunds will be provided for unused nights in the case of early check-out or late arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Booking Modifications

Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur a fee or rate change. Modified bookings may be subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the new dates.
